ahlemh20014818 - hey Veena, I have a question, when I open legs in a floor V, I just have a small opening, like very small and I just can't go down, like really not. does it mean I am both unflexy from my back and hip flexors?

StudioVeena - I would have to see exactly what you're talking about. Do you mean when you sit on your butt in straddle you can't straddle very far or lean forward?

ahlemh20014818 - actually both!I can't straddle a lot and I can't lean forward at all.

StudioVeena - That issue would be your adductors and hamstrings :)

alexis87 - Hi Veena, I have a lot of trouble keeping my pelvis neutral.. I can't even sit with my legs straight out in front without my lower back rounding. I also get a bit of lower back pain sometimes (my posture is not very good). Would it be my hip flexors that I need to work on? And are there any other stretches for them?

StudioVeena - I h e stretches for all of the muscle groups ;) if you can not sit with the legs out in front you'll want to stretch your calves, hamstrings and glutes. The hip flexors may also be tight from sitting a lot during the day, most ppl have this problem because we sit so much.
