keeping the torso lifted seems to be the hardest for me.
it is the most difficult for me too, be sure that your pulling the torso up high from your gemini.
Is this the same move as what we Australian’s call the Allegra? Or is there a difference?
Oops my mistake, it’s a different move we call the Allegra, I was thinking of another move she often performs, but I’m pretty sure it’s the same as your centre split, except on spinning…. ? – you can see it here at 1:53
