I’ll go over several variations for hooping on the hands. Hooping off the body can be a great workout for the arms and hands.

Responses

  1. what size hoop do you do this with? when I try this the hoop tends to lean towards my back if going backwards or towards my tummy if going forward… same when I do it in front of the body, it tends to lean toward the back on the outside of the arm. The hoop also feels really heavy, is it just practice or is it because I am using the size for on-body hooping?

  2. I don’t remember the size of these were. I don’t hoop off the body with the large body hoop you start with. Smaller hoops work well for off body.
