Veena Climb
This is a great strength building climb. During a performance this climb can be an interesting way to slowly climb up the pole. Watch and listen to the cues for the legs closely. Think of it as an upright Caterpillar climb.
Strengthens: ADDUCTORS / QUADRICEPS / LATISSIMUS / TERES MAJOR / PECTORALS / POSTERIOR DELTOIDS / TRAPEZIUS / RHOMBOIDS / BICEPS / ABDOMINALS

I have been trying to climb the wrong way this whole time smhl , I think I’m going to get this climb by the end of the week hopefully lol. Thank you Veena for the video I got some practice to do 😊
Keep in mind this is one variation of a climb, the Performance climb is a good one to use. The Basic Pole climb is a strength builder 😊
