Veena, is the bottom hand position on this Quick Lesson the same as the in-depth lesson for Reverse Inverted V?
Hooked, the bottom hand is not the same. It needs to be flipped in order to allow the body to come through the arms and into an iron X or the dismount I show.
Love it! I got the first part pretty well, lol That second portion is going to take a minute.
