SPINNING POLE INTERMEDIATE: This is a reverse spinning prep for inverting, and this is also an old tutorial so you’ll now learn these skill in my V invert (chopper) tutorial. A strong Side Pole hold is necessary and you can add these into your conditioning or strength days. If tucking is too challenging stay with straight legs until strength is gained, don’t arch the low back while holding keep the abs tight.

  1. I am really liking these spin pole lessons. I did not start using spin mode until 2 years into poling. I found it very difficult to go from static to spin especially on inverted moves. I think practicing this will help my inverts look much smoother on spin!
