I love your chair lessons 😀 You have the perfect pin-up look, so envious. My polestructor is using your curriculum in a fundamentals class I am taking.its amazing. It has been a slow process for me, but I feel stronger, I stand up straighter, and most of all, I am more confident it everything I do. I was hoping to start your 30 day program, but summer has gotten away from me😩 Thank you and all the pole-pixies at the studio 👯💕

Thank you and in so please to hear that you enjoy the chair lessons and the curriculum is working well!!! 💜💜
Love this! Tried it once but think I might wait a little bit as the few seconds I’m lifting my bum off the top of the chair down to the seat is a little much for my fatigued arm right now. Hopefully I will be able to gain enough strength to try again SOON.
