Today you’ll be training your forearms and hands. Focusing on the hands and forearms will give your body an opportunity to rest and recover from yesterday’s training. Begin with hand strength. Perform 10-15 reps and 2 sets per exercise. Finish with the massages for the forearms, and stretching.

I’ve not included direct links for today as I’m hoping by now the related videos be sufficient for you because you’re familiar with the exercises and stretches.
