  1. Veena, I’m starting this tomorrow. I want to work on other tricks and flow too, so I guess the best day to do that is on the days of pole work throughout this program, right?

  2. Time to get my aerial shoulder mount!! I must say, I’m so thankful for the excellent programs provided here.
