Day 1 Shoulder Mount
Welcome to your first day, you’ll begin with the Express warm up. Then you’ll move on to Up and neutral scapula drills, 15 times. After that, work on finding the correct placement of the shoulder for shoulder mounts (pole shoulder rest) using the Shoulder grip tutorial. Try finding the correct placement 3 times on both sides. This will teach you proper placement for the pole to prevent unnecessary pain.
Finish the session with the related tutorials listed. If you would like more information such as descriptions and the listed tutorials related videos click the links below. Otherwise just let the videos play through.
Invert into crucifix 3 times on both sides
Fan legs 3 times on both sides
Tuck spin 2 times on both sides/directions
V carousel 2 times on both sides/directions

Can I do the Flow 30 Days and Shoulder Mount 30 days simultaneously?
I would say so. The flow program isn’t as physically demanding as the SM. Just make sure you’re getting rest days.
