Day 22 Shoulder Mount
Today you’ll be training lower body followed by shoulder mount drills for strength.
Standing V 2 sets, 6 reps, both sides
Sexy pike 2 sets, 8 reps
Hip flexor lifts 2 sets, 12 reps, both sides
Tuck spin 4 times, both sides
Carousel spin 4 times, both sides
