COMBO – ADVANCED This combo requires a strong hand grip and flexibility so knowing your Bow and arrow and Elbow stand (prep) will be helpful. Remember you can always modify by bending the bottom leg in Bow and Arrow and feel free to use the foot on the ground if you can reach. You can also choose to do a smaller back bend.

To get the most out of the Fang pose, push away from the pole with the arms and rest the body on the top arm to help with balance.
