FREE Beginner Armpit Grip

Here I’ll demonstrate the grips we use with our armpits. This is a demo not the full tutorial, there is no need to try these grips just yet. Armpits can be very sensitive to pressure and skin pain, but you can reduce your discomfort by following my suggestions for acclimating these areas. When you follow my programs or learn the tricks associated with these grips, I’ll provide more tips and cues.

Front armpit – The pole is placed into the front of the armpit, with the pole at your side. 2 common beginner tricks using this grip are: Side pole hold and Teddy (prep).

Back armpit – The pole is placed into the back of the armpit, with the pole at your side. 2 common beginner tricks using this grip: Fancy crucifix and Grounded mercury.
