Body waves

This is such a sexy transition, and it’s a great workout for the abdominals. Body waves are also wonderful for improve spinal mobility and an easy way to warm up before you practice.

I’ll teach you an exercise at minute 2:50 that will help improve your waves. I’ve also demonstrated several styles of body waves for you!
