Back Attitude SPIN

Here’s a fun one to try once you understand the Step around and Attitude spin. Choose whichever style of Side pole hold works best for your body, the Push grip or the Side pole hold. When using spinning pole remember you can push the thigh into the pole to help hold the body up.
