In this tutorial I’ll teach you the Carousel, V carousel and Straight leg version. You’ll learn multiple ways to grip the pole as well.

If you’re struggling with these be sure to check out the related tutorials below the main player. Working on all of these are key to preparing for this spin. 1. You should be allowing the scapula and shoulder to lift up…. as in (NOT) pulling the scapula back and down. So it will be more of a hang. If you’re looking to take some weight off the top shoulder, work on spin mode using the push grip. As this will allow you to use the bicep to help hold. All of the other grips are mostly using the top arm.

  2. i thought it was bad to hang by your shoulder. my shoulder has been sore and i thought i wasnt doing it right. So are you saying theres no back engagement when you allow the scapula and shoulder to lift up? the shoulder takes all my weight? if so then that would explain why my shoulder is so sore. I will try the push grip onn spin mode. Thanks for that suggestion.
