I’ll teach you a few entries and exits for this trick. Having a solid Gemini before working on this move is recommend. Don’t confuse this trick with the Thigh rest/Jamilla they’re not the same because of the placement of the top leg. For this trick , the Side v, the leg is trapped between the pole and your top arm. In the Thigh rest, it’s behind the top arm.
