Pole Handstand
I love a good pole handstand! Please be sure you’ve already worked on the Reverse handstand (prep), Reverse elbow and handstand and Wall handstands, before moving on to this handstand. The scissor leg option works great when using a pole (not so much with a wall) and will help prevent you from missing the pole.
