This is not a twisted grip handspring. You will learn that in another video as the technique and entries are totally different. I’ll be teaching you the Half handspring first, then you’ll move on to the Full handspring mount. You will be using a true/regular grip but you can also use a cup grip for the top hand if you like. I’ll be sharing several leg positions and key elements to mastering this Advanced level trick.
