Today I’m going to remind you to wright down your sets and reps each session! This is most important if you are not completing all of the suggested reps. It’s totally fine, but you’ll want to track what you are doing so you’ll remember to increase by one or two reps next time.

Wow sexy layback I find so hard there doesn’t seem to be any flex in my upper back I’m very rounded forward at the top of my back with not much neckk, what can I do to help this please, your look absolutely stunning by the way you rock that colour hair🔥

Something most don’t realize when using programs here….If you’re working through a program and have questions about a move in the list you can always use the search to type in the lesson name and it will bring to you to just that lesson which provides you a full description of a move along with related lessons that will help improve the main lesson move.
