Day 24
It can take months to actually reach the wall with your foot when learning how to handstand. It all depends on your strength, fear level, and natural ability. I’ve been working on Handstands for a long time, they did not come easily to me, but I kept at it. If it’s something you really want, you can do it too!
You know the drill, direct links are below.
Hand and wrist strength routine
Wall handstand Just work on your hand position and keeping your elbows straight.
Overhead stretch Do this slowly 3 times
Forearm flexor stretch Hold this for 30 seconds
Forearm extensor stretch Hold this for 30 seconds
Omg, Veena!!! I was able to kick up to the wall!!! Yayyyy!!!!! I’m getting stronger!!!
Niiiiice
I’m scared to do a handstand, forearm stand no worries but the actual handstand – not happening yet
Keep at it, Lisa!
