I’m a big fan of body waves. You can add them into all kinds of pole tricks. You can use them on the floor, the pole, during chair dance, handstands, whatever you imagine!

Hi. I nearly died by doin this but i made it… Question: my body is stiff as a board. I can’t do any thing in lotus sit. My knees are as high as my chest and i cant straighten up my back. I look like an banana and everything hurts like hell in this pilosition, especially my back… Its because its so stiff, i think. Any advice?
Use props like yoga blocks or blankets under your knees so you can relax a bit more. It doesn’t matter how high the knees are, over time with regular practice it will improve. Well, you’re not alone. I’m at a point in my pole life where that core routine knocks me out…I’m not exercising often like I use to. Keep at it! We can cone back!!!
Omg! I’m so excited just to simply learn body rolling! It’s tough. My back may as well be a plank of wood XD happy to practice this every day though, will be amazing to nail it.
