Today is a rest day. Use the Pole massage routine if you have time. Did you know that eating well is super important when building muscle. If you haven’t already started, do so and you’ll have better pole sessions!
There are all kinds of apps to help you eat better and even sleep better. If you find your pole session are hit or miss as far as energy goes, you may need to eat more or better foods for your body. And what works for some doesn’t always work for others so it’s important to be mindful of what is right for you.
