Active rest day! Remember if you need a full day off go for it. If this program takes you s 30 days instead of 2 weeks it’s not a problem.

For your active rest I want you to work on Scapula drills doing 2 sets of each drill 5 for reps. That’s going through all the scapula movements counted as 1 rep.

If you’re feeling sore give the Pole massage routine a try. Focus on the forearms we used so much the day before.
