Today is Active rest. You’ll be keeping things loose with some Hip circles, Hip waves, Cross steps, and Figure eight drags. No need to warm up for these moves. Try playing your favorite song and using all 4 moves without stopping until the song is over!

This was a great lesson to fall on the day after Thanksgiving! I put on my Pleaser boots with my sweatpants for this one, lol.
