It’s the last day! Congratulation on all your hard work! Today is an active rest day.

If you haven’t already tried the side pole hold using the invert grip, I’d like you to give it a go.

Begin with the Lower body conditioning routine as your warm up then move on the the Invert grip. Give it 3 tries on each side, but no more than 10. This grip is your first step towards learning to Invert!

Finish this day with the Flowmotion routine.

  2. Yes, they have been helpful! I used this program as a structured re-entry to pole after 2 months off due to injury. It helped me ease back to the pole while not being too ambitious. I think it improved my flow from pre-injury as well!

  3. Finished! This was definitely helpful. I’ve regained a ton of my strength back after a couple years (almost) off. I hope you continue to do more programs- I will definitely hop on! In the meantime, I will continue to work on the moves that I struggled with the most- or those that could use more reps. I took notes on a log like you told us to in one of the earlier challenges. Thanks!

  4. Oops! Between 4-year-olds on my back and hives on my skin, apparently nothing, lol! But I’m back, so I’ll go through my favorite beginner lessons to rebuild strength, and then up-and-away to Intermediate ;)! Thanks, Veena!

  5. Yay complete!! I worked through the beginner levels and that was great. I learned a lot more than I thought I already know. I could smooth out my basics and that was a good idea. I’m looking forward to start with the intermediate programs!

  6. I did the programs in a speed up way, but it was really nice to watch the detailed lessons again and learn new things. The intermediate ones would need more time lol 🙂
    The new lessons are very nice Veena, I love that you cover spinning pole too in the lessons!

  7. I’ve completed the beginner programs! I love these programs! I had lessons in a studio a couple of years ago but with you Veena I could improve my fluidity and my movements are now more precise. Thank you very much!!!

  8. Yes of course! I cannot do it daily, only 4 times per week and not every week, but I really like your so we’ll structured lessons and I’m going to complete also the intermediate lessons, sooner or later. Then I hope you will be ready with the advanced programs ☺️

  9. I started my training again last week. I’ve been off the pole and haven’t exercised since September! Once my strength is back and I’ve got my new space ready I’ll be doing the adv. 😁

Thanks Veena, I have officially finished this programme as of today 😀 I enjoyed all three of the beginner programs- you are a fantastic teacher, I feel so comfortable following your directions and every day its so fun to learn from you! I’m reallyyy excited to start intermediate this week, I want to do Veenas class room too though and the spin course, its hard to decide!

    1. Yay!!! It’s a tough cause to knowing which one you should do! I believe I made the spin pole program so you could do it along with another. I can’t remember I have to go look and the class is one week long. So I’m not sure if that’s helpful but they’re all great.😊

      1. You’re right, I watched all the intros last night before bed and you do suggest pairing the spin course with something else so I’ll do that and Veenas class room and then move on to intermediate! I’m lucky I have a lot of free time- it’s just the funnest thing I’ve ever done 🙂

  12. woo hoo💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽. done! I learned so many fun combos. the more i practice them the more i improve. this 14 day tutorial took me 30 days to complete :-). I love that I can work at my own pace. I can stop in between days to focus on certain moves that need more practice. Moving on to intermediate – so exciting. Can I officially say Im an intermediate level?!?!? LOL. I love these tutorials.
