  1. I am really enjoying the program! I wouldn’t say dizziness was ever my biggest issue with spin pole, but the tips do help me mitigate the dizziness I do get. It’s a well thought out introduction to spin pole whether you are sensitive to spinning or not. I’m looking forward to moving ahead with inverts but I really enjoyed yesterday’s planks/layback practice and want to revisit that too. Always too much to do. 😂
