Day 7. Today you’ll be working on side climbs and spins! Before your warm up watch my Veena’s tips for Side climb if you need a refresher for this move. After watching warm up with the Express warm up before working on climbs.
Side climb Do 3 climbs per side for each climb but no more than 10.
Performance side climb Do 3 climbs per side for each climb but no more than 10.
Attitude climb Do 3 climbs per side for each climb but no more than 10.
Attitude spin 5 times each direction
Press stretch Hold for 10-30 seconds, passive stretching to maintain.
Reverse shoulder stretch Hold for 10-30 seconds, passive stretching to maintain.
I had never seen an attitude climb before!!! Excited to try it out tomorrow, tho it looks hard! Lol
