I feel I’m slowly improving and can do about 75% of the intermediate tasks. I am 65 and also had rotator cuff repair a year ago so struggle with certain spins or moves requiring a lot of strength. I’m continuing on but its it’s frustrating to not be able to do all the tasks. If you think I should repeat the beginner stuff vs forge ahead…let me know. Thanks!
It would depend on what tricks you’re struggling with. It’s completely fine to have certain tricks you just don’t do. The most important thing is listening to our bodies. Some ppl will never invert or do spins, pole can still be fun and a great workout.
