Day 8. You’ve made it to week two! Begin with the Core conditioning routine then, for your Invert, practice all 3 steps first, then choose one step that needs the most work, do that step 7 times, each side today.

Then move on to Inverted crucifix practice doing this 3 times, each side. If you’re able to invert feel free to combine your invert practice with the inverted crucifix!

If you have time give these two combos Combo half backspin to barrel roll and Combo side sit to back bend, 2 tries on both sides. Otherwise finish with the stretches.

Shoulder clock stretch Move through this slowly 2 times, each side.

Half bridge stretch Hold for 30 seconds, 3 times

Standing pike stretch Hold for 10-30 seconds, 2 times
