POLE – ADVANCED Before working on this combo you need to have a really good Pike (hamstring flexibility). Understanding Lateral shoulder rolls and Superman are helpful too. Also know that if you have short arms and thicker thighs you might have trouble doing this combo. Not every move is right for every body. At the end of this video you’ll see the full combo that inspired this. I personally feel this combo is easiest to do from an invert.
