Shoulder and Upper Back Stretch
Back bending stretch: Depending on where tightness is found in the body this might be felt more in the triceps (so I included the foam roller for that) or shoulders rather then the upper back. This stretch will help improve R.O.M for moves like the Ballerina, Closed Scorpio as well as any foot to head grip with the hand.
Muscles Lengthened: CHEST / SHOULDERS / TRICEPS / REAR DELTOIDS / ABDOMINALS / SPINAL MOBILITY IS ALSO IMPROVED
