Day 7 Heels
Today your warm up will be the Lying Leg Circles. Do 2 sets of 10-15 reps going one direction for the first set and the other direction for the second set.
For Internal hip rotations and External hip rotations do 2 sets of 10 reps.
For the Pole plie, perform 1 set of 20 reps. Then practice your Toe points drill 1 set of 10 reps.
