Day 15 Heels
This week you’ll start working on the Beginner level 3 Heels routine which means you’ll also learn about heel tracing and edge work! Don’t do this routine today tho, I’ve added the link if you’d like to watch it before you start working on it.
For today, we’ll warm up with the Ticktock leg routine and work on different grips to help you transition from pole to floor and floor to pole in heels, using my Veena’s tips for getting up and down in heels. You’ll learn more about how important the toe box is!
For the stretches today, just use passive stretching to maintain flexiblity and relax after your workout.
