plateau
Hey everyone!
So Ive been working out really hard lately (for a month now), and Ive successfully lost 10 pounds and 4 inches. My ultimate goal is 30 pounds, however I believe I have plateaued! During this time Ive been boxing, jogging(something Ive NEVER been able to do), doing lunges, squats, crunches, pushups and changed up my eating habits. Im unable to afford a gym membership so I gotta keep it at things I can do at work or around the house. Does anyone have any suggestions for homeworkouts? or how to get over my plateau? Id greatly appreciate any suggestions or help! Im so determined to get healthy, but I wanna make sure Im doing it the right way! So I gotta figure out how to change up my routine. I workout 5 days a week, with rest in between.
