Name That Pole Move!
Okay, so Ive seen it a heap of times and do it myself but dont know the "proper" name for it so if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated! I’ve been racking my brain and its now driving me bonkers! Its a version of the Wrist Sit but its where you are resting your thigh on your wrist (instead of your bottom) & you are side ways doing a split/v instead of right side up. Hope that explains it?

So I kind of named the thread so that if other people have questions about names they could post their questions here too if you like?!

it’s an aprentice…and then the advanced version is where you let go with your top hand..I do this alot on spin mode

lol, i did too when i first went there! There are 2 small links at the bottom blended with the text on the main page. One is for pole moves & the other is for pole spins. Unfortunately a lot of the links dont have pics or working video yet https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumbdown.gif

WOW, I love it georgia!!! Dunno the name of it but I love it all the same! Looks like Cupid but facing a different way (that could be waaaay wrong so dont quote me, lol).

I think some call it a humming bird….you can transition out of it into a knee hold, gemini etc…
love this move for strengthing the hamstrings…
becareful if you are wearing heels when doing this…my foot slipped once and I banged my "no no business" right on the pole…and then went crashing to the floor laughing!!
