  Cross Ankle Release

  I’ve always had a hard time feeling confident in the Cross Ankle Release….well…

  Last night on webcam, Sissybuns challenged me to do it – and I got it!!!! I haven’t even been working on that one, but boy does it ever feel great to ‘get’ a move again.

  Great job!!!!!! It took me a while to feel comfortable doing that move too.
