How do you remember the names?!
Whether you’ve just started pole dancing, or have danced for several years, I’m sure you’ve noticed that all pole moves have names..
.. And those names, I just can’t seem to remember. How do you get to know the name of each move, and how do you remember it, along with all the other moves you know the name of? I have no clue.
But this is my idea to how we can all remember:
Everyone out there who can do a certain move perfectly, can make a vid where he/she does that move, say the name of it, and tells how he/she remembers the name of it – whether it’s because it looks like something, or feels like something or any other reason you may remember a name for, and then he/she puts the vid on SV, and voila – we can help eachother remember https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gifI hope everyone can find this helpful, and that everyone who can do some moves will help us all remember the name of it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I think that as you continue on you’ll have less problems remembering the names of moves. It kind of just sticks in your head once you learn to recognize it. Like learning colors when you’re little LOL. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
