Splits – Train One Type Before Another?
Hi ladies,
Since my previous post I know that I can now stretch every day. But now my question is….do you train yourself to do the splits both ways (Front wards and side wards – I think they were called scissor and box splits when I used to dance)??
I only ask because I find it so much easier to stretch into the normal front/back splits than the side splits – my legs just won’t go any further this way!? Should I concentrate on the normal splits since I’m seeing improvement or carry on in vain with the other way too?
