  Hi I’m from Wisconsin! I’m so glad I found this site. Just got my Xpole and its up and ready.   Hi Blondeo! Welcome to the site!! Have you ever taken classes or are you just starting to learn on your own? A good place to start (and always come back to) is walking around the pole, spins (fireman, pinwheel, front & back hook), transitions and floorwork. All of these help build up the strength that will be needed as you advance!

  Have you signed up for Veenas lessons? I believe she has them in order from beginner to advanced. I used YT A LOT when I was first starting out!! Jamilla Deville has some fantastic DVD’s out too!
