im new to the site and new to pole dancing and hope i can get myself comfotable to get the camera on and post some videos soon…its a work in progress but i KNOW i will get there
any tips for me seeing how im a "newbie" lol would be great

This site is a great place to learn about pole dancing. I highly recommend Veena’s lessons. She’s a fantastic instructor. She breaks down everything brilliantly! The best advice I can give you is advice from Veena herself, ‘always keep your shoulders back & down!!’
