  Poling day 34: SHOULDER MOUNT!!!

  I’m having a stressful go of things lately…put on some metal today and got my shoulder mount on the second try! I’ve been doing my walkups and today I just had the motivation.   Well I recently managed to do the shoulder mount – have been lifting my legs up for a while like that, but only just managed to do the full shoulder mount in the last month or so and I’ve been at this game since November 2008.
