    Hello everyone!
My name is Elizabeth, i’m 25 and I just got my pole. The catch is, I cant use it. Its my Christmas present so I dont get to open it til Christmas morning. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif But the box is great to look at for now.
I’ve wanted a pole for 3 years, ever since someone told me they make poles for the home. We finally moved into a place big enough to have one.
I’ve been losing weight since July (25lbs so far). I was hoping to get to 200lbs by christmas but it seems i’m stuck at 210 for the moment. Ah well.

    Is it Christmas yet?!

Hi JaeO welcome to the forum.

That must be torture to look at your pole and not use it but a Christmas present is a Christmas present! Who bought it for you?

Where do you live in Indiana? We are just across the state line in Chicago Heights.

staring at that pole must be eating you up isnt it?

Welcome to the board, ive seen your weight loss vids on youtube. You are doing an awesome job. I was at a plateau for a awhile and somehow broke through. You may have to give your WL and extra notch and break it. I have faith in you that you will be close to 200lbs by xmas. What an awesome xmas gift to yourself!

I’ve been petting the box and picking out names for the pole. I think i’ve settled on ‘my precious’. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif
My husband got it for me. I think he wants me to open it almost as badly as I do.
I live in Clarksville, IN. Right across the river from Louisville.

Staring at the pole is making the time drag by. haha
Thanks for watching my videos! I’m proud of myself for what i’ve done so far. There is just something about cold weather though, makes me not want to move and just eat eat eat. Its been hard to stay motivated when its cold out.
Congrats on getting through your plateau!

Thank you! As soon as i’m sure i’m going to stick with the pole, i’m going to get Veenas lessons.
I have a feeling that i’m going to stick with it though. Especially after wanting it for so long and practically being obsessed with all things pole for years without ever getting to touch one. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
Cant wait to get into chat with you guys!

I’m trying to pass the time by watching some of Kt Coates and Fawnia Mondey dvds, and searching youtube like a madwoman.
