1st Annual StudioVeena Awards
Wouldn’t it be cute to have like…an awards show?! LOL
Just like music video award shows. The members can nominate their fav videos for categories like "Most athletic, best aerial tricks, best costume, best interpretation of a song, best floorwork, best duo, best dance with a prop, sexiest dance"….things like that. Then once the final nominees are in members or a judges panel can choose the winner and it can be announced in a show that you do Veena. It can be a whole event lol. Complete with performances (sent in ahead of time) by some of the nominees or site favorites or superstars or champions. LOLI am taking drugs for pain and all kinds of crazy thoughts are going through my mind since I can’t pole LOL. But there are 100’s of videos on this site, some good ones that have been long forgotten and I thought it would be a cool way to pay tribute to everyone that’s posted and highlight some of the really cool vids that people have done. The members favorites, ya know?
Ok, I’m going back to sleep now….feel free to ignore this LOL.

I LOVE this idea. And if the winner know ahead of time they can submit a thank you video and they can get all dressed up like an awards show. (im always looking for a reason to dress up, so many nice dresses, not enough events!)

I must agree that i do come up with the most creative thoughts and ideas when i am delirious as well…so i know where your coming from Sissy…lol. I had an idea…what if they were called something along the lines of SVA (studio veena award) or a Veena Ball (which is another word to encompass an event as such with all kind of different categories as stated above as well as best improved, best creative outfit/spin variation…etc).

I think the SV video awards (SVA’s) are a great idea! Can we work in a red carpet somehow?? This would really light a fire under me to get a camcorder and start posting vids!
