Hi! New from Jersey
Hi everyone! Im new to the site and pole dancing. I am currently taking classes. I took 1 class in NYC and fell in love with it. I later found one closer to where I live. I watched some of your videos and am amazed how good you all are. I would love to have my own pole but I live with my parents again unfortunatley and they WILL NOT let me put one up. I am driving a half hour and paying for each half hour every time i wanna practice. At this rate I dont think I will ever be good. Also I would like to know if anyone ever pole dances fast. I was at a gentlemans club and a dancer came out dancing to MJ Billie Jean. She moved around that pole so fast. It was still sexy and full of tricks but not all slow and sensual. Thats what I would love to do. Any suggestions?

Initially don’t try to speed your tricks up!!! Make sure you learn them at average pace and perfect them that way. once you feel a move looks particularly excellent then try speeding it up. So this way you will look fast and crisp and not sloppy. As for the dance part, dance quickly around the house, use the wall, chairs, floor, and watch/film yourself. This way when you go to a dance studio you can maximize your time by just learning the taught tricks and putting it together with your sweet dance moves practiced at home. Dancing quickly with tricks thrown in takes awhile because it is difficult ( but awesome)
It is pretty likely that dancer has been doing it for several years so don’t be hard on yourself if it doesn’t look quite the way you want it to automatically. -
