Yes she is fab, I’m pretty sure she won Miss Pole Dance UK (or similar) the year before last? But don’t feel too bad about not being as flexible as her, if memory serves me correct she was in a (possibly eastern european?) circus as an acrobat/performer for quite some time before taking up pole dancing.

ok. omg. first move a standing over split into split grip holds. just… I can’t watch this… I can’t NOT watch this. 3.09 she looks like she’s popped her leg out of it’s socket to get that… but looking closer it’s like a split with a backbend. 3.34 no handed split. whhhaaat. ok, sapphirecatzeye said it best: her legs are crazy!
I thought ice-skater when I saw her outfit, but they’re all fully covered in mesh and fabric and have skirts. Then I thought gymnast, but then they’re pretty covered and one-piece too. Balera does some cute and funky seperates including sparkles and metallics…

Alesia was at the Worlds last year in Jamaica – I can’t remember what she was placed, but she is mind-blowingly bendy. Think she has a move named after her as well – it’s on wikipole – looks like she had the same costume on at the Worlds as she was wearing at Deb’s Pole Academy opening. She did go to circus school in Belarus tho so I think they are particularly bendy in Russia aren’t they? Lots of amazing gymnasts and bendy people in Cirque du Soleil who originated in Russia. She looks so serene when she does it as well doesn’t she? I’d be all grimace -y and red!

I was very much reminded of Felix when I was watching her… must be a flexible person thing.
A few of those moves took a little while to set up, though, kinda broke the flow of the performance in my opinion.

this is so depressing!! she is so long and limber everywhere! i wish i had long legs and arms!
i thought felix was unbelievable flexible, but dang this brings the word to new levels!
