Hello from CT
Hi there,
my name is Lindsay.. I do not pole dance, but my MOM actually does, and she totally loves it! So much so, in fact, that her and her friend are opening a pole dancing studio in southern CT.I just popped in here because I do eventually want to learn to pole dance, and I also am doing all of the marketing for her business (my day job is graphic/web design and marketing)
So Ijust wanted to introduce myself here..

daceology is a mix of an aerobics class meets choreography.. Think ZUMBA but less "latin" and more music video..

i cant wait to seeit too!! i havent been there yet, I have just been the one coordinating from afar. Thanks for the kind words on the design of the website and cards, those were all done by me. I am a graphic desinger and website designer (its my business) so they got lucky with that stuff.
The next large project is to put together a way for people to register for their classes online..
if you haven any suggestions for things that should also be on a website, please feel free to post them

Yeah they have lucked up with you. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Don’t know if you are putting the scheduling program together yourself but I know a lot of the other studios use this company http://www.mindbodyonline.com for their scheduling needs. Not sure about pricing and things but i have been to several studios and that is how I registered for classes.
Do you have a website for your business? I may be in the market for a website myself in the near future.

I am thinking of designing/ coding the scheduling thing myself this way they do not have to pay monthly. I really hate when companies make you pay monthly for something like that and you dont even really get to customize it that much.. So with my own knowledge and skills, I think i can do it myself.
