Enough with the sweaty skin already
Ok, so lastnight I was having a much needed practice workin on a lot of inverted stuff.
I am a sweater. All over. Always have been. It’s just the way my body rolls LOL https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif When working out anyother way (weight lifting or running) it’s never a problem, I just towel the sweat from my brow and keep it movin.
But once I started sweating lastnight my sides and tummy got a nice little glisten and I couldn’t stick to save my life! It was so frustrating! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif
I stood there and practically sprayed my body down with alcohol and stood in front of the fan to dry but it didn’t help. I had a towel and was toweling off and that didn’t help either.I almost killed myself falling out of a Gemini cuz my side was so slippery I just went Floooooop! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
Does anyone have a secret for sweat on the pole or am I just going to have to end my practices or try other things when it gets to that point?
