I went to the x-pole store website and ordered a pole a few days ago. When I tried to contact them I was unable to. The number given doesn’t work so I am a bit worried ( 1800 555- 5555) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_pale.gif .

Thanks. I used pay pal and notified that i could not contact the seller and did not get my item. So pay pal is going to contact them… I’ll just have to wait and see

I hate to say it but any phone number that is 555-5555 has got to be bogus. That is the phone number frequently used in movies so that random people don’t get phone calls from curious viewers.

I hope all works out for you, if it went through paypal they should be able to sort something out, opposed to just giving someone a credit card..

They have an Youtube account and they have stolen other people’s videos to promote their site. When I went on their website Isaw the 555 #.

The guy who owns this site also has one called kendrastripperpole.com and officialkendrapole.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. It also looks like he owns or administers the raffle site that scrolls across the store site. They also have a youtube site associated with raffleflorida.

I just saw on that Kendra site that he has videos of Veena and Joel and Karol. Isn’t this illegal?

I would try the web host.
You can lookup who owns any site and on whois.com (unless they purchased domain privacy). I looked up those sites and I found….
xpolestore.com, kendrastripperpole.com, officialkendrapole.com

Domain Name: DNS severs point to domaincontrol.com, which with a little digging I found is owned by WWDomains.com (http://www.dnstools.com/?lookup=on&wwwhois=on&arin=on&checkp=on&portNum=80&ping=on&all=on&target=WWDomains.com&submit=Get+Info)
Sooo someone whose videos are on the site, or XPole themself could try contacting WWDomains.com (http://www.wildwestdomains.com) and ask for them to deactivate the account/s that control xpolestore.com, kendrastripperpole.com and officialkendrapole.com (and/or disable the DNS redirection). Buuuut that’s not really their responsibilty. They just register the name (URL) and point it to a place (the web host).
We really need to go directly to the web host, because they may have something in the terms of use/policies that we could use, to get them to shut these sites down. If he’s using his own servers though (which he might do, since he apparantly owns 80 domains) then there’ not much we can do there.

The website was http://www.xpolestore.com. http://www.xpoleus.com said that the xpolestore website was one of their dealers but both websites felt sketchy
