    Ok I am really frustrated right now with this move. I can grab my leg that is by the side where my side is on the pole but my other leg I can almost grab it.. I did a few times but I really struggles.. I wanted to know if anyone has had this trouble and what you can do to warm up or something…

    are you pushing your hips all the way forward, torso almost vertical, with your shoulders down and back? the further forward your hips are, the closer your feet are and the easier to grab.

    hmm I never noticed if I pushed my hips out forward.. I will try that out tonight and see what happens. Thanks!

    If you are hooking the pole with your right armpit, steady your left arm on the pole underneath you for support and with hips facing forward, lift both legs at the same time
